The JL Audio M3 VEX pods are the best 6.5" coaxial tower speakers. The Memphis MXA62T speakers win the award for the best 6.5" horn tweeter tower speakers because they are the only ones that make a 6.5" horn tweeter tower speaker. So while there isn't much to compare them to, the good news is that they are competitively priced when you compare them to most other 6.5" tower speakers. The main advantage with these Memphis pods is that they come with the horn tweeter while the others have dome tweeters. Apples to apples, these will just play WAY louder. The Memphis MXA62T speakers come with LEDs built in and include clamps. You can choose between gloss white and titanium for the enclosure/grill color.

When it comes to the 8" coaxial tower speakers, Kicker is our favorite. There are two different models and each comes in either charcoal or white. The KMTC8 comes with a stainless steel swivel clamp and is designed to mount to a bar. The KMFM8 is a flat or surface mounted enclosure that is designed to mount to a flat surface. The 8" Kicker coaxial speakers have 1" titanium tweeters that will play bright and loud without sound harsh like an aluminum tweeter might. WHen you look at the power handling, the fact that RGB LEDs come standard, the titanium tweeter, and the price point, the Kicker 8" coaxial tower speakers are tough to beat.

The Rockford Fosgate 8" horn tower speakers are probably the best value among all of the tower speakers despite being 8's instead of 9's, 10's, or 11's like the Kicker and Wet Sounds speakers. In the 8" size, it comes down to the Rockford horn tower speakers or the Wet Sounds REV 8. Given the performance of the Rockford 8" and the price point, they are not only better than the REV 8 but they also cost less.

The Rockford Punch 8" horn tower spekaers are offered in either gloss black or gloss white with stainless steel grills. The will not spin freely, but you can set them at any angle you would like.
